Pro Tip Tuesday: Getting Technical Support

Have questions about using the Givelify giving app? Need help resolving an issue with your account? You can use various methods to reach out and get technical support from our team. Whether you prefer finding answers in an online FAQ section or filling out an online contact form, we have an option to suit you.

Giving App FAQs

Before making contact with us directly, you may be able to find answers to your questions in our online Support Center. There, you will find the most common questions asked by Givelify giving app donors and organizations, along with helpful detailed answers.

Select the section of our FAQs that pertain to you — For Churches, For Nonprofits, For Givers, or For Developers — and see if your question has been answered. You can also use the Search bar to locate the topic you are hoping to address.

Contact Givelify Support

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in our FAQs, or you need help with something specific to your giving app account, you can submit your question or issue via our Support Request Form. Fill out the form completely with your name, e-mail address, phone number, organization name, and a description of your issue.

Use the drop-down box under Select Support Type to select whether you are inquiring about a donor, church, or nonprofit account. Then click the box next to “I’m not a robot” and click Create Support Request.

Social Media

Our support team can also be reached on social media using the hashtag #GivelifySupport. Include this hashtag in your Facebook or Twitter post, and a member of our team will reach out to you and resolve your issue.

We want to ensure that every donor and organization that uses the Givelify giving app has a great experience. We are here to make giving and receiving donations as easy and beautiful as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues.
